Q: I was already logged in, now I am getting the message: Your session has timed out due to inactivity or is no longer valid. Please log in again to continue. What does this mean, and why is it happening to me?

A: This message means you have been idle for too long and automatically logged out of our server for security reasons. You should not leave your session unattended for long periods of time. To help prevent unauthorized access, you will need to re-enter your Account Name, Password, and P.I.D. to continue using DIOGENES.


Q: I am entering my passwords as indicated, but I keep getting the message that they are invalid. What am I doing wrong?

A: Double-check that you are entering everything correctly. Keep in mind that your Password and P.I.D. are case-sensitive, so "my password", "My Password", and "MY PASSWORD" are all different. If you continue to experience problems, please e-mail help@peoplefinder.net for assistance. Be sure to include your full name, company or organization name, direct contact telephone number, and whatever other identifying information you can provide to help us assist you.
